I currently have an pre-order for NBN with TPG. Last week, everyone in our suburb was told NBN was ready to connect however our block of 4 townhouses still show 'More work required' whereas the entire suburb addresses are showing as ready to go with some people already being connected. It appears though the address is incorrect. How do I go about getting this corrected? Does TPG contact NBN? Do I contact NBN? We have the NBN box on front wall of the building and it looks ready to go. Help!
