Hi @haeintoris,   Welcome to the Community!    In addition to orbistat's reply, our modems/routers are not network locked however, the firmware of the provided modem is customised to accommodate TPG connection.    You may try to search in the web for the default firmware of your modem to flush and reload the settings of this modem.   Cheers,    ...
