Dear TPG team,   I have been with TPG for nearly 4 years and never had an issue with the internet connection until about a month ago, where the internet would stop working intermittently all hours of the day / night. We have devices connecting to the router via wifi / LAN cable and both are experiencing issues. This is affecting our ability to work and normal activity.
