Hi there, I have the exact same modem and firmware version and have been looking for solutions to a similar problem. In the past few weeks it has been dropping the Internet connection, although the Wifi network is still up. Internet is recovered within about a minute or so, but it happens multiple times a day. A screenshot of the log file with the most recent dropped connection is attached. I can share the full log file if required. Can you please advise if this is a firmware issue, or other possible cause - and what the fix might be?

I switched from ADSL2+ to NBN FTTC SL Bundle in mid 2019, and all seemed fine at the time. However a few months later I moved overseas for work and had someone mind the house for me. They never really complained about any internet issues but they didn't use it a lot. I've since returned in late 2020 and have noticed that the internet will cut out for about 30 - 60 seconds randomly, often in a cluster of 3 or 4 times. But then it will work fine for days. I do a lot of web conferencing on Zoom and Teams and it's very noticable. The modem is an Archer VR1600v and it only seems to store a short log history.
