Hi I recieved the e-mail on the 4/3/21 for the free spped boost to ultrafast untill the 4/9/21. Unfortunately my wife changed us from 100/40 to 50/20 on the 2/3/21, as so apparently we were not eligible. Hi, NBN installer came out yesterday but refused to install my HFC. Apparently my place is already listed as connected ( there is a connection box on the outside wall) however we have never had Foxtel or Optus in the 18 years we’ve been here.
