Cannot access my account while oversea

Hi there,
I am currently oversea and trying to access my TPG account. However, everytime, I try to log in using the web Browser, I always receive the 403 Forbidden error.

I have tried different web browsers with and without VPN, but I keep encountering the 403 Forbidden error.

I then tried using the TPG app, still encountered the error.

I need to log into my account to change the payment details as well as topping up my prepaid balances.

Is there anyone here who could assist me with this problem?

same problem weeks later no resolution

There's no option to send you a private message. I'm in Singapore unable to log into my TPG account to switch to data roaming. Please help
