Get online support
Our NBN100 speeds have been getting slower.
The last week have been around 50mbps.
This morning we have one computer in the house running at only 25mbps and another at 40mbps.
Evening speeds are even worse.
We pay for 100 so should be getting upto 100mbps. Current speeds are unacceptable.
Please help us to get this sorted, not very happy at the moment.
The issue has been solved over the phone, private messaging here is far too slow to sort out issues.
Did you test the speed via WiFI or Wired connection?
What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Mechelle, you're better off starting your own thread or contacting them directly, I've closed this one as solved. My speeds this morning on our 100plan are at 107mbps.
