ADSL DIC

I was in the middle of important business meeting and ADSL disconnected exactly at 1 o’clock AM. It seems there’s scheduled maintenance work or anything planned from 1 am but how come I haven’t got any update? If it’s not a scheduled disconnection, how can I use this unstable internet connection? I don’t understand how you provide incomplete service. This is not first time experiencing internet disconnection.
