I understand that you were able to contact our Tech team and the case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation. They've found that the fault is on the external copper wiring in which they've lodged the fault to Telstra to have a technician check your service.
The technician found out that the fault was on the connection at the pit and have resolved it.
