ADSL service Installation Poor Service

Three dates given for Installation, three times postponed, resheduled and now nothing at all.

I expected this to be done before Christmas now have Christmas with no internet but of course the money has been taken from my account 4 weeks ago. Really dissapointing and poor sevice.

We can see that your connection was up at around 1:10 PM last Monday after our technical team has assisted with the modem config. Let us know if you need further assistance.
