ADSL2+ Set up issue

Hi, I’ve recently applied for the ADSL2+ Home Bundle Set up. I was notified that the service is active yesterday. Today, when I tried to do the first time connection with the TP-Link Modem, I can only see the WiFi signal light is on while the other light including internet light is not on. Can you please kindly assist me what to do in order to settle the problem? Thanks.

The case was escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation since there's an evident fault within the copper network.


They've lodged the fault with Telstra and was advised that their technician has been booked to check the service on or before the 3rd of April.
