Hi,
I purchased my ADSL2+ plan on the 3/3/20. In the email, it says once the infrastructure has been checked, I will receive an email notifying me of my installation date.
However, it’s been 20 business days now and I haven’t heard anything from anyone notifying me of any updates... every time I check the installation status, it says it’s still processing.
Please help me with this. I’m needing a working internet connection as I now need to work and study from home.
