My internet has been so slow for a month now I can't even stream a show in Netflix. I've been trying to contact for weeks and the chat is impossible, keep getting cut off. 3 times I was told a specialist will contact me. I'm hotspotting my phone to do work on my computer and stream. I just want this cancelled before you debit me again in April. I will be contacting my bank to try and reverse the authorisation as you can not charge for a service that is not useable. I understand it's busy with COVID but you should still be contactable. I have screen shots of all my disconnected chats
