We've checked the account and it shows that it's been disabled/cancelled due to payment issues.
Once cancelled, the order will be treated as a new one and the normal installation timeframe will apply.
If you are going to order the service for the same address, then it will be for remote activation and installation may take less than 10 days. However, it may take longer depending on the issues or fault that will be detected while in progress.
