D-Link DSL-2740M Wireless N300 ADSL2+ Modem Router

I am intending to replace my current faulty modem to a D-Link DSL-2740M Wireless N300 ADSL2+ Modem Router and was wondering if this would compatible with TPG's ADSL2+ requirements?

If so, could you point out to me on the said modem installation process? Thank you.

Firstly, TPG will not provide support for third party devices.

Now, I had seen that modem on some places, obviously working on ADSL+2 , It is a new device?.
