Hi,

I need assistance with ADSL2 activation as my modem arrived today. I've been on hold for 1h 17 min and the online chat isn't working - no chat boxes showing. 

What can I do to get some help?

There's a nice ADSL setup guide by Manuel in the TPG community. But you'll need to use some other method to access it, your mobile phone. On the community page, just search for:

Adsl setup guide

 

If it does not work at the end of all that, check with TPG. The work at the exchange may not be complete.
