Interim internet service I was told that my interim internet service would arrive in 2?working days

I have not received my interim internet which was to be delivered in two working days from last Saturday The delivery number 9ca56607 with StarTrack I looked this number up the modem was delivered to Petersham post This is about 20km from where I live
