Get online support

Internet can not connect, no signal at all.

I have taken new connection from tpg and the installation was successful on 05/09/2019. Even after , I have no internet connection. The internet and DSL signal are not green (please see the unloaded figure). I call the supported severice, after the online checking the they told me there is no signal in the home at all.   I need a  technican visit to fix this.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that our Engineering team is already handling the case.


The installation was successful to the network boundary point of your unit building, which is the MDF A (main distribution frame). However, it seems that the connection from the MDF A to MDF B (line going to your premises) is not jumpered. Click here for the diagram.


A technician has been booked to help us connect/jumper the MDF A to MDF B in order for the service to work.
