Line phone not working

I just set up TPG new modem VX420-G2v. Now Internet is working but the line phone is not working. I need help!

Let us help rectify this ASAP. The new modem/router requires remote configuration for the VoIP to work, could you shoot us a PM with your details to better understand the situation?
