Loss of internet connection

Level 1a
We live in South Granville and the internet service has stopped 3 hours ago. We did all the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the website but still no luck. The phone line is also dead. We are trying also to call the customer service team and we have been on hold for more than 45 minutes with no response.
Please advise !

Using your community details, I was able to pull up your account. It seems like you have already contacted our Helpdesk Support yesterday regarding the same concern. We have engaged Telstra to address the line fault that we detected in our tests.


We have already sent an SMS yesterday providing details as to when Telstra can check your service.
