Hi some of the lines are missing.
I have not received the NBN and the telephone line.

It is so weird I have been calling many times but no one pick up and neither they replied on the online chat.
While you guys are sending the modem you don't know that what lines are needed.
It is so annoying. While I was purchasing the plan they were there for the money but now no one cares that either you have got the modem or you need help with activation.
