My first appointment was scheduled to be on the 9th April between 8am - 12pm. The technician did not show up and i still have had no contact as to why!! I then checked my installation tracker on the weekend and i see they rescheduled another appointment time for april 20th between 8am and 12pm. Once again nobody showed up and no contact as to why this happened !!
I have tried to contact tpg via phone almost every day since the 9th April only to be on hold for hours at a time. The few times i have got through i just get passed from person to person and cannot get an answer out of anyone!
Please somebody tell me what am i suppose to do now!?
