Hi. We are moving house on 28 Feb, and have applied to transfer our ADSL2+ connection. We've just received a text notificaion that installation will be complete on Feb 20.
While it is great it is being done so quickly, does that mean we will lost the connection at our existing property (which would mean over a week without internet)?
@natey22 I'm happy to know that the issue was fixed by our customer service team.
For other people's benefit, once the service is working on the new house, the connection on the old location will no longer work.
You can call to have the relocation date moved if you notify us within 1 - 3 working days after you receive the sms containing the installation date
