My computer cant see my tpg router

Hi there

I had a labtop that couldn't find my wireless internet. I gave up on it.

Now my new (second hand) computer cant find it? Help!! My computer picks up my neighbours wifi but not mine. My phone can connect to it though.

This has been a huge issue and I'm really frustrated. Any help would be amazing. Thank you in advance

TPG routers have 2 wifi networks, a 2.4G one and a 5G one. Does your phone show both networks or only one?

What model router is it? Does it have 1 wifi light or a light for each network?
