NO INTERNET (typical TPG issue looks like)

ADSL connection was supposed to be completed yesterday. Still no internet. Contacted like several departments of TPG customer care > technical > installation > technical again. But each of them keep passing the buck to some other department. I am sure now they will blame Telstra. Seriously TPG I have waited long enough for 2 weeks window you take from prepayment to setup and even then the work is not done. If it’s too much of a hassle I would gladly take a full refund and go to a different provider who can provide me with some sort of internet

Hi @shivsuchdeva, we're sorry to know that your service is still not working and now considering changing provider.

 

We have located the account using your community details and we can see that your issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and they have lodged this to Telstra for further investigation.

 

Telstra has committed to send a technician anytime between now and 15/Nov/2019.

 

We have made a follow up to ensure that the case engineer will contact you as soon as a new update is received from Telstra.
