We received an email a couple of days ago to say our internet is active, but after following the steps to set up we still don't have any internet connection. The wifi light is on but the internet light is off. I'm not sure what we are doing wrong? Please help
@rmcrae94 Thank you for your inquiry. We tested the connection and we were not able to pick up any signal from your modem. Is the modem on & connected?
