As per checking, you have ordered TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service last 05/Feb/2018 and as you may be aware, the installation time frame for this type of service is 10-20 working days.
You will receive further updates via email regarding the date of the installation. You may also check the progress of the installation here: https://www.tpg.com.au/install.
Having said this, just keep the modem for now.
