No ADSL2+ network connection

Hi - my modem light is flashing indicating I have no network connection. All my devices are connected to the wif-fi on the modem, but I cannot access emails, open any webpages etc


Can you ping my modem to confirm the problem?

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.
