No internet connection yet although it has passed the installation time frame

I want to do some remote  test so can you connect cable to one of yellow port and leave connected  and let me know  once you connect.

Thanks for doing troubleshooting with me. Now you can connect your modem back to DSL port, I have created ticket for out Engineering team to assess your case due to no continuisy detected. For your reference ticket Numbet is 59599954. You will received  update as well

So what is the suspected root cause to this issue?

 

Btw, I have also attached the photo of my wall socket connection.

Hi cheoheric33,

Thanks for providing photos of socket, look normal to me,  If you have spare adaptor  then try with it, otherwise i have also cteated ticket for Engineer for further assessment in case we need to arrange Telstra Technician on site.
