Could anyone please let me know the update on installation staus for ADSL service.
I moved house and previous account is cancelled and I have already paid for the new connection but there is no staus update and I havent heard if there is going to be any technician coming any time soon.
Can you please assist in this issue, it is very urgent.
I am not able to work as I require internet connection.
