We understand how much the phone service means to you and we are working around the clock to fix this. I responded to your message via PM, the issue affecting the home phone is now under investigation of our Engineering Team.

We noticed that you have been in contact with one of our Engineer yesterday and provided the latest update.

Further information will be provied via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available via SMS or Phone call. Let us know should you require further assistance.

On the other hand, Our Contact Centre based in Manila is fully managed, owned and operated by TPG. Our staff are fully trained and equipped to help with any issue you may have.
