My name is Shamsher Singh. I have been told that I will get a call in 48 hrs regarding to my issue. As 48hrs has been passed and no one called me. So, I need my money back. I don't want to go further with TPG. I have been charged for the service and service get cancelled but I didn't get any information about when and why my service get cancelled. In my opinion, I think this is a fraud because all this happen and no one is taking this seriously. Please refund my $170 ASAP. I don't have time to keep calling TPG and stay on hold for an hour for follow up. If no one listen to me, I have to call telecommunications ombudsman service. I'm done with it.
