So I signed up over a month ago, paid $300 for installation, modem and first month. Today Telstra came round to install and I have just received a message stating I now have to pay an additional $59.99 for you to do some cabelling. WTAF????
You want MORE MONEY from me,when I have yet to receive even the most basic service.
THis is DISGUSTING behaviour, especially during COVID when people are suffering and losing their jobs.
I want this fixed up immediately - for free - and get me online.
Otherwise, please refund in full and I will go to IInet, as I cannot be dealing with this incompetence right now.
Please get a senior manager to contact me today.
FYI - NO one else in the building needs this "jumpering" business - so it is definately not to do with the building, and smells like a scam.
So today i want one of two outcomes: the internet fixed and working for free, or my entire money back in full.
