Hi TPG

 

So I signed up over a month ago, paid $300 for installation, modem and first month. Today Telstra came round to install and I have just received a message stating I now have to pay an additional $59.99 for you to do some cabelling.  WTAF????

 

You want MORE MONEY from me,when I have yet to receive even the most basic service. 

 

THis is DISGUSTING behaviour, especially during COVID when people are suffering and losing their jobs. 

 

I want this fixed up immediately - for free - and get me online. 

 

Otherwise, please refund in full and I will go to IInet, as I cannot be dealing with this incompetence right now.

 

Please get a senior manager to contact me today.

The earliest date I found, Monday 25 May bet 8 am and 12pm.
Please confirm is someone going to at home?
So I can send a tech do jumpering for free

FYI - NO one else in the building needs this "jumpering" business - so it is definately not to do with the building, and smells like a scam.

 

So today i want one of two outcomes: the internet fixed and working for free, or my entire money back in full.

I've just been sent an identical email requesting more money out of me for this "jumpering" scam.

So someone keeps calling me, says Hello and then hangs up!!! 

 

It is not my phone so it must be your end.  Suggest you email me your solution.
