TPG ADSL relocation fail

Hi there,


I put in for a moving home relocation service for my ADSL2 a few weeks back. I got an email this morning said telstra is presently unable to modify the adsl service to your phone line. Says my original ADSL service will continue to operate (which will be no help as I won't be living there...)


Is there anything else I can do? or is it best to cancel my service and look for another provider?
