I can see the order for your ADSL is still on-going and in telstra systems. We have to wait for them to complete the install.
The install type is a VULL - this means if things go well they just liven up an existing line to your phone socket, and once telstra finish there will be dialtone/ADSL at your socket.
Just keep checking your socket daily and await further notifications from TPG.
