We're sorry to learn that the installation of your service hasn't been smooth sailing. Based on the recent update on your account using your Community details as reference, one of our Case Managers was able to speak with you and advised you that they are awaiting updates from Telstra.
We rely on our wholesale provider to provide the service therefore, we are subjected to their connection timeframes and scheduling. It appears that you have a scheduled installation last Tuesday, 11 February however we are yet to receive the report from Telstra hence the follow up made.
A Case Manager is already assigned and should be in touch with you as soon as updates become available.
