Common cause of Home phone issue is a loosed handset, ensure to check the handset connection to the modem/router or the wall socket.

In this case, we've seen that the issue with your home phone is a possible line fault this is now being handled by our Engineering Team and they scheduled a TPG Technician to check your home phone.
