Dear TPG Customer Care,
After my Account was cancelled on the 23rd August 2022, I have returned my TPG 5G Modem as per the instructions via Star Track.
It was delivered to your address : NORTH RYDE NSW 2113 on Tue 30 Aug • 8:53 am as per Startrack
However I was charged a $192 Non-Return Fee today on 13 Sept 2022,
I expect this charge to be refunded immediately.
