2FA Wrong mobile number

Trying to access my account but can’t because 2FA wants to send the code to the wrong mobile number. I’ve called about this issue and have been put through to the privacy team. I’ve done the remote id verification days ago and have had no contact since and still can’t access my account. How long does this normally take? It’s been near a week since I’ve started trying to sort this out.
