2FA when you have the wrong mobile number listed on my account

Hi,

I tried to log into my account today, but your new 2FA requirement send a message to a old work phone number I haven't had for over 6 years, rather than either of the TPG mobiles linked to my account.

The ironic thing is the reason I wanted to log into was to enable international roaming so I can get 2fa SMSs from other companies while overseas.

 

How can I reset the 2FA SMS number if I can't log in - even when using a web browser from my authenticted TPG NBN connection?
