2FA when you have the wrong mobile number listed on my account

I’m unable to login to my account for the first time as I mistyped my phone number without realising and have no way to fix it. Upon putting in my login details a 2FA text goes to my mobile number, however that number is wrong and I can’t change it without logging in! Would love some help with this Smiley Happy

In order to update the mobile number, the account holder needs to raise the request directly to our Privacy Team.

 

Just fill in the secure form here and a case manager will be in touch with you via Text and Email.
