Hi,
Ive been charged a 30days cancellation fee which is unfair and I would like to have reviewed and reversed.
I've been a client for 5 years the NBN will be transfered to IINET which is owner by TPG, its the same company, therefore no transfer is made.
Please reverse this fee asap otherwise I will report this to ACCC as an unacceptable cost, otherwise you should show me how the cost of month has been work out ? or is this a money gouging exercise by TPG
