5g modem still not activated

I received the 5G modem on the 14th November and contacted TPG multiple times since last Wednesday. Despite assurances on the 15th that activation would take 24-48 hours, it didn't happen. Subsequent calls on the 18th and 20th promised activation, but each time was met with delays. The logistics team, apparently reachable only by email, has not responded. Today, the 22nd, TPG suggested I switch companies if I can't wait for service activation. Extremely frustrated with the prolonged process and lack of resolution.
