I received the 5G modem on the 14th November and contacted TPG multiple times since last Wednesday. Despite assurances on the 15th that activation would take 24-48 hours, it didn't happen. Subsequent calls on the 18th and 20th promised activation, but each time was met with delays. The logistics team, apparently reachable only by email, has not responded.
