I want to make a formal complaint. Please advise how.
We've been a customer for over 10 years and this is getting ridiculous. Not only is the service very bad, on both wireless broadband and NBN where our internet was down for almost a month each time, but now I can't even get my refund for the modem that I've already returned. I've called more than 5 times and have been told that they will personally keep track of it and call me back, they're waiting on a response from the location that it was dropped off at and even that my refund is processed and will be refunded in 2-3 business days. After months, I still have not received my refund of $170. No matter how many times I have called, they are not delivering on what they have said to me. How does a service lie and lie and get away with taking people's money like this?
