ADSL service

I have moved house and need to cancel my service. The only way to do this appears to be by phone. But I cant get through, nor is the direct chat line with customer service working.

 

This request is to give one month's notice from today's date.  Woud someone from TPG please confirn.

 

Interestingly the only phone line that is getting through is for sales! And of course they wont help.
