I would like to speak to someone regarding accessing my mobile account number and obtaining authority over my current mobile number - the primary account holder who also had a mobile number on the account has now been deceased for 18 months and I am still unable to access the account number. Is there somewhere I can obtain the account number, as TPG will not let me have authority over the account to obtain this? TPG have the relevant documentation proving the situation from the person’s family, and I really would just like to be able to have authority over my mobile number. This seems like needless and upsetting red tape. Thanks.
