Account Cancellation - 2nd Request

I have sent an email cancellation request to cancel@tpg.com.au but have had no response. I have also had no response to numerous attempts to resolve no NBN service over the past month. I have been a loyal TPG customer for over 10 years but have had no choice but to go with another supplier. As there has been no service provided there should be no outstanding amount to pay. Please remove my credit card details on file ASAP.

Still no response to cancel my account after 4 weeks posting here and emailing my request to cancel@tpg.com.au, customer_relations@tpg.com.au and customer_service@tpg.com.au. Just waited for TPG on-line chat to try to get some answers and was disconnected when I did not respond instantly. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
