Get online support
This is actually a complaint.
Really I've tried everything. I've been trying to cancel my account via email and online chat over the last week. Mainly through online chat. That is completely useless. This email: tpg_cs@tpg.com.au, response fast but they are not helpful, they just forward the request to other staff. This email: cancel@tpg.com.au, they don't reply. I plan to send complaints to TIO this week and cancel direct debit authorization if I cannot get my account canceled soon.
